Inimey Ippadithaan is a Tamil language film released in 2015. It stars veteran actors Prasanna, Radha Ravi, and Jayaprakash. The film was directed by Bala Ganesan. Thalapathy (Prasanna), an auto driver is suffering from depression due to many reasons. The only person for whom he feels any affection is his pet dog, which he names 'Nishanthu'. One day when Thalapathy loses the dog, Shankar, Adi and their friend Vijaya (Thagamani) come across it roaming in a huge field. They then attempt to chase the dog and bring it back to Thalapathy. However, in their arrogance and ignorance, they end up getting loose and in an attempt to make themselves appear powerful, Thalapathy challenges them to a fight. The reason for Thalapathy's depression is because he used to be a state level Weightlifting champion in his younger days and had gotten married only after scoring a gold medal in an inter-state competition. He also got depressed when he lost his wife due to her being addicted to drugs.

It has not received any positive reviews. "Sify Film critic" said that "Even though this movie produced by legendary director Bala Ganesan, does nothing more or less than your typical Tamil film. But forget all the extras, the main cast is what’s here to watch out for."
